Upcera Aevra is a next-generation 4Y-5Y aesthetic gradient zirconia block designed to act as a universal “one-material-does-it-all” solution.While many modern blocks rely solely on chemical layering, Aevra is built on a proprietary dual-core powder engineering system. This system combines Uniform Particle Dispersion (UPD) with Centrifugal Spray Granulation (CSG) to create an exceptionally homogeneous zirconia puck.This manufacturing approach minimizes internal defects, reduces deformation during the sintering cycle, and allows for highly precise 0.2 mm marginal adaptation without chipping.
